81 private customer payloads will launch atop a SpaceX Falcon-9 rocket as soon as this week!
SpaceX will launch a Falcon-9 rocket from SLC-4E at Vandenberg Space Force Base carrying the rideshare mission Southward over the Pacific Ocean into Sun-Synchronous Orbit.
West Coast Recovery vessels Go Beyond and Autonomous Spaceport Droneship 'Of Course I Still Love You' will be stationed downrange supporting this mission. 'Of Course I Still Love You' will be located approximately 380 miles downrange supporting a Stage-1 landing and Go Beyond around 415 miles downrange supporting payload fairing recovery.
Following a 45-minute coast phase after launch, the upper stage will circularize its orbit of ~510km where it will deploy 80 customer payloads. At approximately 2hrs 30mins into the mission KAI Agency for Defense Development's CAS500-4 payload will deploy at an altitude of ~590km.
The F9 upper stage will then de-orbit and re-enter Earth's atmosphere over the North Pacific Ocean some 3hrs 10mins after launch.
