Live Weather/ Sky Background
Users who have an account created can now toggle on/off live weather, sun/moon cycle, and even live satellite passes on the background of the website. User needs to have an account created an a "Home Base" set under their settings.

WEATHER Recovery Sea-State To Use DSP Recovery Asset Location For Forecast
Sea recovery state is now based off of closest available data per the location of recovery assets provided by Dillons Space Page. If no location is available, then we resort to closest NWS buoy data to estimated recovery area
